- Punjabi Khadi - I use 4 cups of water instead of 7 in recipe. Also adjust red chilly poweder to suit your taste.
- Rava Dosa - Good recipe - adjust green chillies as needed. Pudina Chutney can be made without garlic.
- Rava Upma - Use coarse Rava/Sooji. Add 1 carrot finely chopped with onion. I use 2 cups water for 1 cup of Rava. You can also add some peas with the carrots.
